They were able to schedule me very quickly to get a root canal treatment done and answered all of my questions throughout the process while also showing great care for my overall health and wellbeing. I was referred by my dentist to Joanna McPherson and I’m grateful ! I just had a root canal and I can tell you I felt NOTHING the whole procedure ! I never even felt the numbing!! I’m a very nervous patient and her and her assistant (can’t remember her name ) are the best ! I watched a movie with headphones the whole time . Thanks again for a great experience !

I truly cannot express how genuine, kind, and compassionate everyone at this clinic is. They are some of the sweetest people I have ever encountered in a dental office. I came in with multiple issues going on with my tooth, and every single person there went out of their way to help me in the best way they could. What stood out the most was how honest and patient focused they were. They even recommended other places that might be able to assist me faster, which showed me they genuinely cared about my well being and not about making money or keeping me there unnecessarily. I was dealing with a complicated insurance situation, and instead of brushing me off, they walked me through every step I needed to take to get my tooth fixed, even if that meant I would not be receiving treatment at their clinic. The young woman at the front desk went above and beyond. She did everything in her power to help me, including calling my insurance company herself. Her customer service was truly impeccable, and you can tell she cares deeply about every person who walks through their doors. I received root canal surgery at Dr. McPherson’s office and my experience was excellent. The office staff is very professional and accommodating, they are genuinely happy to see you and support you through your care. Amber was the sweetest and I always looked forward to seeing her during my visits. Dr. McPherson is a phenomenal doctor, the care she provides her patients is outstanding. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout surgery, I felt zero pain. She explained the xrays and the procedure thoroughly beforehand and I felt calm and confident going into the procedure. My recovery was smooth and overall was impressed with her level of professionalism Dr. McPherson will forever be my endodontist as long as I live in TX. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new doctor!

I recently had a root canal completed by Dr. McPherson, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. Like most people, I was extremely nervous going in because you always hear horror stories about root canals. But Dr. McPherson and her entire team completely changed that perception for me. From the moment I sat in the chair, she explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable. She was patient, gentle, and very reassuring throughout the entire procedure. I was surprised at how smooth and virtually painless the process was. She constantly checked in to make sure I was okay, which really helped calm my anxiety. The procedure itself was efficient, and I felt immediate relief from the pain I had been experiencing. Recovery has been much easier than I expected, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism she showed. If you’re nervous about getting a root canal, I highly recommend Dr. McPherson.
